Formed in 2009, the JJ Wheeler Quintet have quickly established themselves on the UK Jazz scene. Young, fresh and energetic, the quintet has already received acclaim from high-profile names including Jeff Ballard and Dave Holland.
In July 2011 the group were featured at the BBC Proms, recorded live in the Royal Albert Hall for BBC Radio 3.
